At first it is needed to get known common participation conditions which are the booking application integral part. After choosing suitable offer the room availability must be checked (on line note) and after checking the price list - in PLN - (unroll at indicated dates) and clicking "book" button the booking application form is shown (and the price list appears below each person to unroll and choose adequate one). The booking agreement is partly filled in for you - the dates, hotel name, country and the room type is already placed there. The name, last name, date of birth, address, contact telephone no and the prices should be filled into the form. Clicking "send" button the booking agreement is mailed to our Office, the room is reserved in the same time and automatically confirmed.
Afterwards to your assurance "KARPATIA" s.c. Internet Travel Office is obliged to confirm that booking by fax or e-mail in 24 hours with price indicated in EURO. When the reservation is confirmed in that way, the deposit should be transferred to our bank account (according to participation conditions). If the booking is made in less then 30 days before arrival whole amount must be transferred to our bank account. The bank transfer confirmation send us by fax, please. If there is no deposit on our account in 3 days after booking confirmation the reservation is automatically deleted.
When the holiday charge is received, travel documents: voucher, invoice original and copy will be posted to your address. The signed invoice copy shall be posted back to our Office.

There is the possibility of booking rooms "for request" when "telephone" note is indicated at exact term (The reservation form can be also send to our Office - room availability will be confirmed in 36 hours.

There is the possibility of convenient home-banking charge transfers. Credit card payment by internet will be available in the future.

Shorter stays than indicated in our offer are also possible to book after our previous confirmation.
